What is your return policy?

EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY (NO REFUNDS): Items must be returned within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST ACCOMPANY THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT, PRICE TAGS ATTACHED, NOT WORN OR ALTERED. ITEMS SHOWING EVIDENCE OF WEAR, SMELL OR STAINS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. 


Gary Waters reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.  


SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Alterations/Tailoring

On-site tailoring. On-site tailoring is available at Gary Waters. Any regular priced merchandise will be altered free of charge. For clothes that have already been worn, please consider our tailor and have the items cleaned prior to bringing them in.
